Fredrik Clement is a Denmark based photographer — he shoots sports because the perfection and the fierce determination to push boundaries that any athlete is possessed by, is the stuff of great photography and great stories. His obsession has taken him all over the world. To Fredrik, photographing sports is about capturing the crucial moment. This may not necessarily be the victory. But dreams and defeats. Pride and struggle.
Having trained as a photographer in Denmark and Great Britain, Fredrik now works with advertising and magazine clients worldwide. Equally comfortable with large, complex productions and small, intimate shoots, he focusses on making all aspects of a creative idea work. He works on location and in the studio and divides his time between commercial work and personal projects.
Fredrik has received awards from the Association of Photographers and the International Photography Awards.
